Tucked away in the corner of Travilah square is a Taiwanese restaurant with the best Pan Fried Noodles EVER. Its like the story of Goldy locks and the three bears. Pan fried noodles has two parts, the soupy toppings of your choice of protein (Chicken, Beef, Seafood) and than the crispy pan fried noodles underneath. Many generic Chinese restaurants make the pan fried noodle too soggy and you're stuck with soggy noodles... while others make it with crappy chicken or seafood. Micheals noodle does it just right serving the plate hot and keeping the noodles extra crispy! It's a large portion that is shared with the family. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Hope you all get a chance to visit this place.
