Ethiopian cuisine. The picture shows Firfir & Kitfo, split with 3 people its around $14 with tip per person. The base is Ethiopian's equivalent to a tortilla, but more soggy and fluffy. In the middle is mixed with cheese, spices, salad mix and beef tar tar (raw cured beef.)

Yes RAW MEAT and it was AMAZING. Ive had this at two other places and this one has HIT the SPOT. Forget medium rare, or rare. This was straight up RAW beef grounded up. Was one of the best tasting dishes ever! I put this at the top three most favorite things to eat! If your adventures enough, this is it! There is so many different flavors in this dish from spicy to sweet. The meat is very tender and soft and literally melts in your mouth. The only proper way to eat this is to wash your hand, roll up your sleeves and dig in with your fingers. You tear a piece of the injera (Ethiopian staple bread) and use that to grab the meat, then you kinda twist it and rap the meat inside of it, dip it into a spice of your choice and eat it. The taste is amazing and is nothing anything cooked can provide. Contrary to beliefs, I shared this with two friends and had no regrets later!
